Cliff and Polly Knelsen

Owners
The Knelsens were pleased to purchase Twin Rivers Physical Therapy in January, 2022. Polly has been able to provide some leadership and experience from her many years working on the executive team at a local hospital while Cliff has been able to bring a new level of excellence to the care offered by all providers. Additionally, both are proud of the work accomplished in renewing and refreshing the building which is over 65 years old. Look for more great changes to come!

As the Chief Operating Officer, Polly is passionate about fostering excellence to achieve optimal outcomes. Beyond her professional role, she actively participates in various community-based nonprofit endeavors and contributes her time to church and mission initiatives. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Polly constantly seeks innovative solutions and unique offerings for Twin Rivers to positively impact the community. Alongside Cliff, her partner in business and life, she cherishes exploring new destinations through travel.

Clifford Knelsen

PT, OCS, Lead Physical Therapist
Cliff has been a physical therapist for 27 years. He specializes in orthopedic therapy and works with many patients with low back and SI dysfunctions. In winter he loves to play hockey and in summer you’ll find him participating in as many golf tournaments as possible. He enjoys being around authentic individuals as he finds it inspiring and loves seeing others living their best life. Cliff enjoys the atmosphere of the employees at Twin Rivers and all the different personalities that shine in their own way. Cliff is the proud father of two daughters and Opa to six very talented and beautiful grandkids. He and his wife have lived in the Lewis-Clark Valley for years and love to give back with their time and talents to various nonprofits. Cliff sings and co-leads a Bible Study at his church.

Zach Maas

PT, DPT
Zach joined TRPT in 2021 and has made a wonderful addition to our Twin Rivers team. He specializes in post-concussion care and general orthopedic PT. He’s inspired by patient improvement and likes to find new techniques with treatments. In his spare time, you will find him out on the golf course as well as spending quality time with his family. One reason Zach loves working at Twin Rivers Physical Therapy is the amazing teamwork and camaraderie as it encompasses a light and friendly work environment. Born in Idaho, Born in Idaho, Zach is married and has two beautiful children.

Michael Zeimantz

PT, DPT
Meet our long-time associate Michael who has been in the therapy field for 35 years. Physical Therapy is what you’d call his niche as he truly loves what he does. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves all things fishing and hunting. He has a big family which he cares deeply about. Throughout his career he has been inspired by other physical therapists and their expertise of techniques and teaching methods. Michael loves the wonderful group of people who make up our amazing team here at TRPT.

Kieu Nguyen

PTA
Kieu is a PTA here at Twin Rivers Physical Therapy. She loves working at Twin Rivers PT because the staff has awesome ways of working together and are very nice. She loves to enjoy her friends, movies, and music. She’s inspired by people who have a positive outlook in life and way of thinking. Kieu is a wife and mom and looks forward to visiting her family in Vietnam soon.

Britney Hansen

PTA
Britney has been a physical therapy assistant for nearly four years. Outside of work she is a mom, wife, crafter and loves the outdoors. Working at Twin Rivers PT she loves all the different personalities of all the employees and their positive demeanor. She’s inspired by patient improvements and progress.

Dee Vaughn

Front Desk Manager
Dee is our front office manager. Outside of work she enjoys gardening and quality time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoys working at Twin Rivers PT because she wants to make a change for the better in our community and enjoys serving others. She also enjoys all the staff and personalities. She’s inspired by kindness and strives to make a change in others' lives.

Doug Ward

Billing Manager
Doug who has been a dynamic part of Twin Rivers Physical Therapy for many years. He is our Billing Manager. You can find him out camping and hiking with his wife on the weekends as they both enjoy the wide-open spaces. Outside of work he is heavily involved in their local church that his wife pastors. He’s inspired by being able to overcome obstacles and challenges in life. Working at Twin Rivers PT he loves the professional and friendly staff environment.

Ciara Nixon

Wellness Room Manager
Meet our Wellness Room Manager, Ciara, a seasoned leader with extensive business experience. She exudes kindness and possesses comprehensive knowledge of all our offerings: from Halotherapy and Stretch Studio to StemWave therapy. Her expertise ensures that you receive the highest level of care and guidance as you explore the diverse wellness options available in our facility.
